COURSE DESCRIPTION
Specially designed coffee courses that tailor to coffee professionals, competitors and enthusiasts alike. The SCA Certification Course offers six disciplines in the areas of: Coffee Introduction, Barista, Brewing, Green Bean, Roasting and Sensory Skills. Through these courses, we bring together and help you hone in your skills for your next coffee competition or coffee shop - helping you to understand what it takes to become a seasoned coffee professional.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students can choose take each class according to their corresponding level - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. Choose between the following courses:
